Christmas 2010 Trip to KK

We went to Kota Kinabalu (KK) last 21st Dec, 2010. We supposed to stay one night, just to bring our kids to see the Christmas decorations at 1Borneo Hypermall (1B). Unfortunately, our youngest son, Randy got sick on the second day. Therefore, we need to extend another night so he can have a good rest before going back to Keningau (2 hours journey from KK-Kgau).

Anyway, we really had a good time together and here are some of the great photos.

While waiting for the Christmas carolers last 16th Dec, my kids helped their daddy to decorate our xmas tree. Ha..ha..we only bought the new xmas tree on that morning as the old one has broken.

Trip to Labuan Island

We went to Labuan Island (Pearl of Borneo) last 23rd - 25th November, 2010. This is our first trip together to Labuan. We went there by ferry from Menumbok, which took about almost 2 hours to reach the island. Luckily we don't have any sea sickness.

SFX Concert & Graduation Day

Latest photo of us

Last 11th November 2010, we went to our kids' kindergarten events. Lots of interesting programs and we really had fun. Very proud to see our kids performed during that day.

Anyway, it was Randall's graduation day as well. It means that he'll be in primary one next year. Time past so quickly, huh? I really hope there will be no more tears when they go back to school on January 2011!

Weekend in KK

We went to KK last Saturday. Just one night stay at the hotel and as usual, my kids asked us to bring them to McDonald. Here is their latest picture.

We went to Survey Mall last night and my hubby bought new sleeping wear for them. Absolutely with cartoon motif of their favorites. I haven't wash it yet but they want to wear it and ask me to snap a picture of them...Hmmm...

Poor Randall!

@ Wong's Dental Clinic

We went to dental clinic this morning. Poor Randall, he got toothache. He's only 6 years old but already faced such problem. As their mother, I'm quite fussy about their eating habits. I'll make sure they eat vegetables, drink a lot of waters, no chocolate, no candy but I allow them to eat ice creams sometimes.

However, the doctor told my husband that it wasn't really because of such things. Well, at the aged of 6 years old, our eldest son still drinking milk through a bottle instead of a cup! Compare to his youngest brother, he always take long time to finish his milk. Sometimes, he will stop feeding for a while then watch tv and continue again! That's a bad habit, not good for his teeth.

The doctor only gave him antibiotic. We need to go back to the dental clinic in five days to re-check his tooth condition. Otherwise, 'terpaksa cabutlah'. Hopefully he's getting better soon. Starting from today, I'll prepare their milks using a cup!

Little Ice Cafe

There's a new cafe in town, Little Ice. I like the deco, simple but just nice and my kids really like the ice creams. Besides ice creams, they also sell pizza, cookies, cakes, fries and not forgetting hot and cold drinks as well.

Steamboat!!

O yes, we love steamboat so much! My kids really like the prawns. Since there is a new restaurant in town, we decided to take our kids there. We really had a great time and I am totally full! Lots of seafoods, mee hoon, eggs, vegetables and not forgetting the yummy desert, watermelon and some pudings.

20% discount are given until end of September. The actual price for adult is RM18.00 and RM 13.80 for kids, but we are satisfied as the seafoods are fresh, the surrounding is clean and comfortable.

Jalan-jalan Cari Makan

It's the first day of fasting season for Muslim people. We went out to buy some foods at Pasar Ramadan for 'Sungkai'. Even though I'm not fasting, but I'm more excited than Muslim people..ha..ha..well, lots of yummy foods are sold during fasting season!

Anyway, we drop by at one of my kids' favorite restaurant in town. They can't wait any longer as they are very hungry. I did take their pictures while they are eating.

Leisure Time

During their leisure time, my kids really like to mess the house with their stuffs. Sometimes, it give me a headache...ha..ha..oh well, they are just kids! However, when I'm lazy enough to tidy their stuffs, they will give me a hand and do it together with me.

Updates

Oh well, it's been a while I didn't update my kids' blog. We went to KK a few days before my 33rd birthday (You may read it at my blog, http://babyrennayon.blogspot.com). We really had a great time there!

Anyway, my hubby went to KK again yesterday as he got something to do with his part time business. So, we didn't follow him but he bought a box of Big Apple Donuts for us. Yeahh...thanks hubby!

Birthdays in 2010

Some pictures taken during their birthdays in 2010. Randall is celebrated his 6th birthday on last 24th Feb. Randy just celebrated his 5th birthday 5 days ago (14th June). Even though the celebrations are quite simple and just among our family members, but as long as they are happy, we are satisfied already.

New Gifts

Happy belated mother's day 2010 to all the great mommies out there! Well, I really had a great time. My hubby helped me to cook for our lunch and he bought a cake for me. Not only me, but the kids also got their new gifts from their daddy and they like it very much.

Our kids really like this kind of gift (Intelligence Blocks), which is good for their brain. They will learn how to think faster, how to create any kinds of blocks, cooperate with each other, etc.

Weekend Activities

During weekend, normally we will just stay at home. I prefer to stay at home after tiring weekdays with their school and my house chores. It is time for relaxing, watching tv, surfing the internet and the most important thing, to spend quality time together.

However, sometimes we will plan for family outing, either to go for picnic, shopping or just having our breakfast, lunch or dinner outside at our favourite restaurant. Once or twice in a month, we will go to my hubby's hometown in Papar (balik kampung). Sometimes, we plan for a day trip to Tambunan, Tenom or even stay overnight in Kota Kinabalu.

Anyway, our kids like doing their art works too during weekend. Of course they will be monitored by their daddy. Otherwise, they will make a mess...hmmm...they don't want to hear me complaining about the cleanliness! Ha..ha..No matter what, as their parents, we should encourage and give them support.
